Inkjet Light Distribution Panel Manufacturing Machine

Inkjet Technology enables us to manufacture light distribution panel effectively and fast that could not be achieved with existing technology, and Inkjet Machine can form optical pattern by total reflection lens on primer coat layer of PMMA panel. Primer coat layer is used in order to equalize surface tension on resin. Multi Drop Technology forms optical pattern instantly with spherical convex lens on primer coat of PMMA panel.

MLP-850UV model is applied for various size of panel.
Active area size: Max. 1,450 x 850mm
Panel thickness: Max. 15mm
Manufacturing process:
Set up panel on stage => Primer coating => UV curing => Forming optical pattern => UV curing => Completed
Tact time: 75 sec.

MLP-210UV model is applied for small size of panel.
Active area size: Max. 540 x 250mm
Panel thickness: Max. 10mm
Manufacturing process:
Set up panel => Forming optical pattern => UV curing => Completed

ODMD850F-UV can print pattern with higher productivity on edge shaped PMMA panels at 15 sec. continuously. The machine consists of 6 sections of insert, primer coat, UV curing of primer coat, forming of optical pattern, UV curing of optical pattern and carry out. Number of inkjet head is 32 each at primer coat section and optical pattern forming section.
Extremely thinner edge shaped panels can be accepted with specially designed jig.
User can design material insert and carry out processes by using robot or manual operation.

Active are size: from 718 x 413mm to Max 1,448 x 824mm
Panel thickness: from Min. 2mm to Max. 4mm
