"STYLUS" is the stamping equipment that stamps discretionary patterns on die surface of light guide panel, head shape of the tool can be copied on the die surface.
It is possible to manufacture 250 x 350mm maximum size of die for light guide panel.
By changing of head shape of the diamond tool, dies for light guide panel for micro lens array and segment prism can be processed.
- In case of micro lens array, stamping is performed by loading the lens diameters and coordinates from designed light distribution data.
Light distribution data designed by CAD is workable by extracting diameters and coordinates as text format.
